Nina Ly is a first-generation animation graduate from California State University Fullerton. Born and raised in San Diego, she has been passionate about the arts and storytelling since she was in elementary school. When it came to reading books, imagining the appearance of the characters and the environment were one of the main factors of why she aspires to work on development of animation in both TV and feature.

Nina does her best work in a collaborative environment. She also enjoys watching films and playing video games in her spare time. Occasionally, she likes to grab a book and read a good story.

She has interest to pursue work in visual development, character design or storyboarding.
